Fitness & water workout classes - Medina Leisure Centre

Medina Leisure CentreThere are a number of fitness activities, which take place in our gymnasium, sports hall and swimming pool.

Circuit Training

Circuit TrainingExercises all parts of the body through a variety of different activities, it’s a great way to keep in shape, for beginners through to the more advanced.

Tums 'n' Bums

Tums 'n' BumsA low impact class for intense toning with or without weights, concentrating on all areas of the body.

Aquafit sessions

Aquafit SessionsA great way to help keep you fit and active in the pool. On Wednesday there is a choice of shallow or deep water aquafit sessions.
