** NEW GYM NOW OPEN **

As part of its commitment to increasing the number of people taking part in physical activity, the Isle of Wight Council has brought the Tone Zone to Ryde. 

The Westridge Tone Zone is located within the squash court area at the Westridge Centre and now has extended opening hours

The new Tone Zone is located in a former squash court and the 16 stations provide :

• Top Xt (upper body/arms workout)
• Upright bikes
• Runners
• Two steppers
• Recline bikes
• Concept 2 rowers
• Weights bench
• Dumb bells (2 to 20kg)
• A stretching area

One Card holders and customers who have already had a gym induction and are existing Tone Zone users at the Heights or Medina leisure centres can use the new Westridge Tone Zone straight away.
