Taking your baby swimming

A new leaflet full of advice for parents and carers to make your baby's first 'big pool' experience will be fun for all.

Download the leaflet or pick up a copy from the Heights, Medina or Waterside pools.

Junior Gym

Junior gym sessions at the Heights and Medina leisure centres are proving a big hit with Island youngsters.

The sessions are held through the week and are specially designed for ten to 15 year olds.  With a mix of cardiovascular and resistance exercise, sessions are fully supervised to ensure that young people learn about the safe and correct usee of the equipment - and get the most out of their use.

Junior gym sessions at the Heights have exclusive use of the new Health Zone and at Medina, there's also exclusive use of the Tone Zone during Saturday morning sessions.

Cllick here to find the best times for you.
