The Heights Leisure Centre Health Suite includes steam room, sauna and needle shower. It’s a great way to relax and unwind.
The steam room and sauna work in the same way, raising body temperature and producing perspiration that cleans the pores of the skin, leaving you feeling refreshed.

A sauna is a great way to relax after a game of badminton or workout in the Tone Zone. Use of the health suite and sauna is included in the main One Card option.
